(Adds details, background) ISTANBUL, Feb 29 (Reuters) - Turkish commercial vehicle maker Karsan said on Friday it had signed a deal with France's Peugeot Citroen to produce 150,000 vehicles over five years. Karsan's shares jumped 7.8 percent to 2.76 lira after it announced the deal, sharply outperforming Istanbul's main share index which was down 0.6 percent. The company said in a statement to the Istanbul Stock Exchange it expected the project to bring in revenue of 1.2 billion euros ...
