(Adds details, background) PARIS, April 29 (Reuters) - French construction and concessions firm Vinci posted a 7.2 percent jump in first-quarter sales on Thursday thanks to a rebound in spending on roads and other infrastructure at home. Vinci said in a statement that sales totalled 4.046 billion euros against 3.776 billion euros a year earlier. At a constant structure, sales grew 8.3 percent.
