(Adds detail, background) BRUSSELS, Jan 25 (Reuters) - Workers at Volkswagen's plant in Brussels stopped production on Thursday to express dissatisfaction with proposed restructuring plans, a union official said. The official said the strike would last until 10 p.m. local time (2100 GMT) on Thursday and workers would decide later in the day whether to continue their action.
