(Adds details, background, share price) FRANKFURT, June 30 (Reuters) - Volkswagen has reached a wage accord for around 3,800 staff who work for its Auto 5000 division, which makes the Touran van, Europe's biggest carmaker said on Friday. The deal runs until April 1, 2007, and calls for an annual 3 percent pay rise as of July 1 plus a one-off payment of 310 euros for the months of April, May and June, Volkswagen said in a statement.
