(Adds forecast, stock reaction) NEW YORK, July 27 (Reuters) - Farm and construction equipment maker CNH Global NV on Wednesday reported a 37 percent rise in quarterly profits, citing higher prices, and said third-quarter sales and profits will be higher than analysts expect. CNH, which ranks No. 2 in farm equipment behind Deere & Co. , earned $114 million, or 49 cents per share, in its second quarter, compared with $83 million, or 36 cents a share, a year ago.
