(Adds details) TORONTO, Feb 22 (Reuters) - Wescast Industries reported a smaller fourth-quarter net loss on Wednesday but missed analysts' estimates as sales at the auto-parts supplier were hurt by a drop in production at its key customers. The company, which supplies the Big Three automakers with exhaust manifolds for cars and light trucks, also said its results were hampered by an after-tax, non-cash charge of C$18.5 million related to a foundry closure in 2006.
