U.S. House approves $8 bln energy policy bill

WASHINGTON, April 21 (Reuters) - The U.S. House of Representatives on Thursday approved an $8 billion energy bill with incentives to increase domestic production of crude oil, natural gas, coal, nuclear and other energy sources.
