U.S. Senate blocks bill to set up asbestos fund

WASHINGTON, April 22 (Reuters) - The U.S. Senate on Thursday blocked a bill to compensate asbestos victims from a special multibillion dollar fund, although talks will continue to try to reach a consensus.
