This article is spot on. I work for a dealer that spearheaded the effort to go one-price back in 1992. We were #1 then and we are still number one now, by an even larger margin.
Respectfully disagree with that comment. I work for a one price store and we've been successful at it for over 20 years. We've adapted to the wants and needs of our customers and it has paid off...
