What’s New for ’08
- The Rogue is powered by a 2.5L inline 4-cyl. that produces 170 hp and is mated to a continuously variable transmission with optional steering-wheel mounted paddle “shifters” that enable the driver to shift through a series of set gear intervals.
- It rides on a 4-wheel independent system featuring performance shocks and oversize stabilizer bar in the front, and an independent, multi-link system with performance shocks and rebound springs in the rear, along with electric power steering.
- Standard features include traction and stability control, 4-wheel disc brakes with ABS, multi-stage front, seat-mounted side-impact, and side-rail airbags, active head restraints, an engine immobilizer and antitheft alarm, and a tire-pressure monitoring system, among other features.
- Some options include an all-wheel drive system with yaw control, fold-flat front passenger seat, Bluetooth hands-free cell-phone connectivity, XM satellite radio, upgraded sound system with subwoofer, heated seats and side mirrors, leather interior, power moonroof, and Xenon headlights.
