What’s New for ’09
- The V-8 Sport model has been discontinued, while the designations for the remainder of the lineup change to 3.2 and V-8, in both regular and R-design variants.
- R-design models feature standard 19-in. diamond-cut alloy wheels, unique grille, embossed leather seats, and unique steering wheel, instrument cluster and floor mats; while the V-8 also receives a dual-exhaust system.
- ÆTwo new option packages are available on all models; the Convenience package, which features a blind-spot detection system, power retractable exterior mirrors, air filtration system, a backup assist system, and the Technology package, featuring active bi-Xenon headlamps, a premium, 12-speaker 650-watt surround sound system with 6-disc in-dash CD changer, MP3 playback capability, Sirius satellite radio and rear seat headphone jacks and audio controls.
- $V-8 models, as a mid-year change, also offer the Executive package, which contains unique heated leather seats all-around, with ventilation and massage functions for the front seats, leather door panels and center console cover, wood steering wheel and inlays and unique floor and cargo mats.
