Vinci sales jump on higher infrastructure demand


PARIS, April 29 (Reuters) - French construction and concessions firm Vinci posted a 7.2 percent jump in first-quarter sales on Thursday thanks to a rebound in spending on roads and other infrastructure and an improved energy market. Vinci said in a statement sales totalled 4.046 billion euros from 3.776 billion euros.
