Visteon says CFO Coulson to retire March 31


CHICAGO, Feb 27 (Reuters) - Auto parts supplier Visteon Corp. said on Friday that Chief Financial Officer Daniel Coulson will retire on March 31. The Detroit-based company said it is making "excellent progress" in its search for his successor and hopes to make an announcement soon. Coulson spent 38 years at Visteon and Ford Motor Co. He joined Ford as an accountant in 1965 and rose to become director of worldwide accounting. He joined Visteon prior to its spin-off from Ford in 2000.
