Voestalpine unit in talks to buy Kendrion division

VIENNA, Feb 16 (Reuters) - Austrian specialist steelmaker voestalpine said on Monday one of its units was in talks with Dutch plastics maker Kendrion over a possible takeover of a car parts division.
