Volkswagen to launch Eos model in May, not July


FRANKFURT, March 23 (Reuters) - Volkswagen will launch its Eos coupe-cabriolet model in Germany on May 19, not in July as last advised, Europe's biggest carmaker said on Thursday. Quality issues had pushed back the original launch date from March to May, and then to July, so the new date represents a step forward after two steps back.
