LONDON, Sept 23 (Reuters) - Volkswagen Leasing plans a 1.0 billion euro securitisation of auto leases, the banks managing the deal said.
Citigroup and Societe Generale will manage the deal together with Commerzbank and HSBC.
This will be the seventh transaction under the VCL securitisation programme, they said, and marketing is expected to start later this month.
