Volkswagen's 2006 oper profit beat expectations

FRANKFURT, Feb 20 (Reuters) - Volkswagen , the world's fourth-largest carmaker, reported a 52 percent gain in 2006 operating profit before special items on Tuesday, beating analyst expectations.
