STOCKHOLM, Dec 17 (Reuters) - World number two truck maker Volvo said on Wednesday it had won a court case over a tax dispute, resulting in a 200 million Swedish crown ($25 million) boost to earnings in the fourth quarter. The company said the court case, in which the county administrative court in Gothenburg ruled in its favour, pertained to a tax deduction originally claimed in 2003.
