Von Pierer rules out becoming Volkswagen chairman

MUNICH, Jan 26 (Reuters) - Siemens Chairman Heinrich von Pierer on Thursday ruled himself out of the running to become chairman of Volkswagen when the carmaker names a new supervisory board head next year.
