FRANKFURT, Dec 18 (Reuters) - Volkswagen Chief Executive Bernd Pischetsrieder denied on Wednesday VW wanted to take part in the restructuring of struggling rival Fiat , but confirmed VW's Audi unit was in cooperation talks with Fiat's Maserati.
