FRANKFURT, Oct 29 (Reuters) - Europe's biggest carmaker, Volkswagen AG , said on Wednesday it was not planning a capital hike after traders in Frankfurt said rumours of a convertible bond were putting pressure on its stock.
"There will be no capital market measures," a Volkswagen spokesman said.
