VW to send team to check out Gulf car suppliers


FRANKFURT, Sept 27 (Reuters) - Europe's largest carmaker Volkswagen will send a delegation to Gulf emirate Abu Dhabi to look into potential automotive suppliers, the company said on Monday. "The delegation is from the purchasing division and will look at the local suppliers and compare their abilities with the needs of Volkswagen," a spokesman said.
