VW's Seat has to cut costs or face layoffs-paper

FRANKFURT, Sept 17 (Reuters) - Volkswagen's Spanish volume brand Seat has to cut costs and significantly boost sales or faces consequences including possible layoffs, a newspaper quoted Audi chief as saying on Saturday.
