Wescast reports smaller fourth-quarter loss

TORONTO, Feb 27 (Reuters) - Wescast Industries Inc. reported a smaller fourth-quarter loss on Tuesday compared with the year-earlier quarter when the maker of exhaust manifolds took a charge related to a foundry closure.
