White House plans $1 bln clean-up of old GM sites

WASHINGTON, May 18 (Reuters) - President Barack Obama's administration suggested on Tuesday creating a nearly $1 billion trust fund for the environmental clean-up of 90 General Motors Co manufacturing sites in 14 states.
