World CO2 emissions to rise 75 pct by 2030 - US DOE

NEW YORK, June 20 (Reuters) - Annual global emissions of the heat-trapping gas carbon dioxide (CO2) will rise 75 percent from 2003 to 2030, the U.S. government forecast on Tuesday.
