Mitsubishi Motors North America Inc. is launching a new management system that will help the automaker improve the profitability of its retail network.

The new Mitsubishi Online Dealer Business Reporting solution will leverage Urban Science's Dealer Business Intelligence platform that provides users one web-based interface to submit data, review analyses, download reports, forecast budgets and run ad hoc queries.

“This system will provide MMNA with the tools required for our dealers and field personnel to make critical business decisions and focus on tactics that will truly improve their financial performance,” says Alex Larkin, manager, national franchise development, MMNA.

Urban Science consultants will work with MMNA to provide in-depth training, ensure data quality and provide ongoing analysis. The web-based offering provides a user-friendly graphic interface, displays information based on the user's role and requires no local software, which minimizes cost of set-up and upgrades.

“This advanced system will provide MMNA insight into dealer financial performance across the network,” says John Frith, vice president of retail channel solutions for Urban Science. “It also enables the MMNA dealers and field team to identify opportunities to improve profit.”
