DC's Zetsche says product, marketing plans strong

Refuting reports from industry analysts that his company doesn't have enough product to return to profitability, Chrysler Group CEO Dieter Zetsche says he's confident his lineup of future vehicles will be able to meet the competition head on, while establishing new segments. Refuting reports from industry analysts that his company doesn't have enough product to return to profitability, Chrysler Group CEO Dieter Zetsche says he's confident his lineup of future vehicles will be able to meet the competition head on, while establishing new segments. Chrysler will introduce 11 new products over the next three years. Analysts say that may not be enough to take on General Motors Corp., which is on track to introduce 16 new products this year alone. “I know we are strong,” Zetsche says. “And we will get stronger every year.”
