Manhiem Auctions has hired former NADA economist Tom Webb to be its executive director of industry analysis and chief economist. He will provide insight into the used-car market for the auto industry, as well as strategic direction for the company.

Mr. Webb served in various capacities in 23 years with NADA. For 10 years, he headed the association's Industry Analysis Division. For 13 years, he was NADA's chief economist. He left NADA in 1999 to become senior manager at Price-waterhouseCoopers.

Manhiem also announced that Kyle Ohman, most recently general manager of the Atlanta Auto Auction, has been named vice president of dealer sales.

Replacing Mr. Ohman in Atlanta is Greger Roner. Also, Rick Pomeroy has been named manager of the Ohio Auto Auction.
