GMAC Seminars to Include Menu Selling, Latest Rules

GMAC's 14th national F&I conference in Scottsdale, AZ will include seminars on conventional aspects of the business, but also menu selling and the latest rules on disclosure and ethics.

Other subjects on the Nov. 19-23 program will include cash conversion, impact of finance rates and pricing on sales and penetration, management by strengths (two separate sessions), “neuro-linguistic” sales programming, GMAC's credit decisions process, presentation skills, service contracts, performance stress and teamwork and collaboration with fellow employees.

In another seminar, veteran coaches will oversee role playing exercises like those provided in GMAC training sessions.

The conference will be at the Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort in the Phoenix suburb.
