Australia Vehicle Sales Up 6.8% in July

Australia vehicle sales totaled 86,641units for July 2012, up 6.8% vs. July 2011. 

July 2012 vehicle sales decreased 23.0% compared with June 2012 sales.

2012 sales through July totaled 634,495. This was up 9.9% over the same period in 2011.

Toyota was the leader in vehicle sales with a year-to-date total of 127,689, resulting in a 20.1% market share.
