Germany vehicle sales totaled 274,220 units for September 2012, down 11.4% vs. September 2011.
September 2012 vehicle sales increased 9.6% compared with August 2012 sales.
2012 sales through September totaled 2,591,342, down 2.0% over the same period in 2011.
Volkswagen is the leader in year-to-date sales with a total of 723,055, resulting in a 27.9% market share.
