Germany vehicle sales totaled 235,879 units for August 2013, down 5.8% vs. August 2012.
August 2013 vehicle sales decreased 16.1% compared with July 2013 sales.
2013 sales through August totaled 2,161,232, down 6.7% over the same period in 2012.
Volkswagen is the leader in year-to-date sales with a total of 610,281, resulting in a 28.2% market share.
