Germany Vehicle Sales Up 2.5% in April

Germany vehicle sales totaled 300,229 units for April 2012, up 2.5% vs. April 2011.

April 2012 vehicle sales decreased 18.8% compared with March 2012 sales.

2012 sales through April totaled 1,149,514, up 1.5% over the same period in 2011.

Volkswagen is the leader in year-to-date sales with a total of 320,254, resulting in a 27.9% market share.
