India Vehicle Sales Up 2.5% in March

India vehicle sales totaled 313,315 units for March 2015, up 2.5% vs. March 2014.

March 2015 vehicles sales increased 9.1% compared with February 2015.

2015 sales through March totaled 886,946. This was up 4.7% over the same period in 2014.

Maruti Suzuki was the leader in year-to-date sales with a total of 317,170, resulting in a 35.8% market share.
