Italy Vehicle Sales Down 20.0% in February

Italy vehicle sales totaled 143,347 units for February 2012, down 20.0% vs. February 2011.

February 2012 vehicle sales decreased 4.4% compared with January 2012 sales.

2012 sales through February totaled 293,319, down 19.1% over the same period in 2011.

Fiat Automobile SpA is the leader in year-to-date sales with a total of 85,268, resulting in a 29.1% market share.
