Japan Vehicle Sales Down 11.2% in March

Japan vehicle sales totaled 695,411 units for March, down 11.2% vs. March 2014.

March 2015 sales increased 44.2% compared with February 2015.

2015 sales through March totaled 1,578,880, down 14.4% over the same period in 2014.

Toyota was the leader in year-to-date vehicle sales, with total of 424,893, resulting in a 26.9% market share.
