Japan Vehicle Sales Down 8.0% in July

Japan vehicle sales totaled 472,111 units for July, down 8.0% vs. July 2012.

July 2013 sales increased 4.7% compared with June 2013.

2013 sales through July totaled 3,183,756, down 8.0% over the same period in 2012.

Toyota was the leader in year-to-date vehicle sales, with total of 946,788, resulting in a 29.7% market share.
