- Russia vehicle sales totaled 256,919 units for June 2011, up 38.1% vs. June 2010. This increase is a result of the government scrappage system and the recovery of Russia’s economy.
- June 2011 vehicle sales increased 4.9% compared with May 2011 sales.
- 2011 sales through June totaled 1,290,282. This was up 54.2% over the same period in 2010.
- AutoVaz was the leader in year-to-date sales with a total of 291,540, resulting in a 22.6% market share.
