Dynatron Software, a provider of fixed operations software, now offers a web-based version of an application that tracks service and parts department performance and profits.
Called EBIS (Executive Business Intelligence Software) the software provides dealerships access to fixed operations data and offers the ability to “drill down” into what's selling and who's selling what.
Dynatron President Doug Bradley says capabilities include daily updates, improved scalability, browser access and increased “drill-down options.”
The software provides trend graphs to show department performance by employees such as counter people. Up to five different items can be graphed and compared.
Meanwhile, a personal profiler displays up to 20 user-favorite reports and graphs for review when logging into EBIS.
Dynatron is currently transitioning hundreds of their current clients to the EBIS web application and will be introducing the new system at the National Automobile Dealers Assn. convention in Las Vegas.
Dynatron works directly with dealerships, dealer groups, consultants, manufacturers and other businesses.
Current clients include national dealer groups such as AutoNation and UnitedAuto group and regional groups such as Park Place Motorcars, Freeman Automotive and Phil Long.
