  • $24.8 million for site preparation.

  • $30 million for a new Interstate-85 interchange and access road.

  • $6.1 million for a rail spur.

  • $5.7 million for training.

  • $75.9 million in job tax credits over five years.

  • $13.9 million in sales-tax exemptions.

  • A future $40.5 million grant channeled through a local organization for specialized training equipment.

The city of West Point and Troup County, in which it is located, are providing $130 million in property tax abatements over 15 years, and the local governments and utilities are spending $21 million for infrastructure improvements such as water, gas, sewer and power.
