Andrew Koblenz is NADA's new chief operating officer for industry affairs, replacing Phillip Brady who now is the association's president.

Mr. Koblenz served as NADA's executive director and special counsel for industry affairs since 1999, representing the interests of franchised auto dealers in policy and operational discussions with manufacturers.

Before that, he worked as an American Automobile Manufacturers Association attorney.
