Frankfurt Auto ShowToyota Motor Marketing Europe will debut the new RAV4 cross/utility vehicle and new Yaris 3-door and 5-door liftbacks at the upcoming Frankfurt International Motor Show in September.

The new RAV4 will launch in the U.S. this fall for the ’06 model year, Toyota says. The launch date is pulled ahead from the previous spring 2006 date.(See related story: New RAV4 Due Next Year)

The Yaris will replace Toyota’s slow-selling Echo model in the U.S. The ’07 model is slated for a spring 2006 launch. (See related story: Toyota to Introduce Two New Small Cars)

Both vehicles will make their U.S. debut at the upcoming Specialty Equipment Market Assn. (SEMA) show in Las Vegas Nov. 2.
