Cars and light trucks with the best seats were made in Asia, followed by Europe and North America, says J.D. Power and Associates first study of automotive component quality. The first report gives the nod to Hyperion Seating Corp., a joint venture of Johnson Controls Inc. and Tachi-S Co. Ltd., as the highest-quality tier 1 seat supplier in North America.
