Chrysler Corp. will have two electric minvans ready by 1997. Built in Windsor, Ontario, off the '96 Dodge Caravan and Plymouth Voyager, they'll be priced about $20,000 above internal-combustion-engine vehicles, says Chris Theodore, general manager-minivan platform engineering. Windsor will build 2,000 to 3,000 EV versions a year.
