Chrysler LLC realigns several human resources and communications employees today.

Nancy Rae, former senior vice president-human resources and corporate communication, becomes executive vice president-human resources and communications.

Chrysler says she will be responsible for integrating the auto maker’s human resources, employee relations and communications functions.

Related to this move, John S. Franciosi, senior vice president-employee relations, will retire after 31 years with Chrysler.

Al Iacobelli, vice president-employee relations, now will report to Rae, Chrysler says.

Lori McTavish, formerly director-corporate and internal communications, now becomes executive director-communications, also reporting to Rae.
