Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealers are able to leverage customer information by using a new Web-based interface from Chrysler Financial.
The CF-Connect link through the Chrysler DealerConnect portal provides pre-sale, point-of-sale and post-sale information. Features include the option to generate customer lists for prospecting.
The application also provides real-time customer information, such as current payment, maturity date, payment range and current vehicle model.
It also provides free OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) background checks intended to combat terrorists and drug smugglers.
The new system is getting good reviews from some dealerships.
“I met with our general sales manager to show him some of the new reporting capability in CF-Connect,” says Neville Flintoft, finance director at Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Phoenix, AZ. “His eyes lit up.”
