Information technology provider ADP Dealer Services won an award for best practices in support technology from the Service & Support Professionals Assn.

Best practice award winners are cited as companies that consistently deliver on the promise of exceptional customer support.

ADP Dealer Services “demonstrated a superior implementation of support technology,” says Bill Rose, the association's founder and executive director.

Among features cited are ADP's support center that allows clients to phone, submit a support case electronically and start a web-chat session with support specialists.

The association annually recognizes practices of select technology companies across all industries that result in high levels of customer satisfaction.
