Chairman of the Board Shepard Lee oversees one of the Maine's oldest and largest dealership group's with eight franchises at seven locations.
King, 59, a Dartmouth graduate, once worked as a legal aid attorney. Other Lee Auto Malls directors include Maryann Keller, former president of Priceline Automotive; Richard Pattenaude, president of the University of Southern Maine; and Jeb Balise, owner of 17 Massachusetts dealerships, and the only dealer on the board.
