MyCarPage.com has introduced its newest dealer-to-consumer communications tool that adds HTML (hyper text markup language) e-mail capabilities to its Prospector and Customer Value Matrix products.

“The hundreds of dealers who've begun using our products during the last 20 months have provided input that led us to develop this new capability,” says Michael Moskowitz, president and founder of MyCarPage.com. “Dealers can now include attention-grabbing pictures, animated graphics and hot links within their online customer promotions. We've found that by sending more vibrant, professional messages to customers, dealer response rates to online special promotions have been as high as 14%, far greater than traditional direct marketing.”

MyCarPage.com provides online customer-to-dealer communications that include vehicle maintenance reminders, service specials and even traffic and weather reports to enhance long-term relationships.
